name of a product to a big brand name like DO YOU BELIEVE ABERCROMBIE FITCH SHOULD SUE BEYONCE? WHY? i say yes because she should already know when you have a simlara to abercrombie & Fitch you will should expect trouble because they will have problem with a mix up the product which will cost them money .
DO YOU THINK THAT CONSUMERS WILL BE CONFUSED BY HAVING TWO FRAGRANCES WITH SIMILAR NAMES.
i think some or most consumer would be confused because people just go by a certain word in the product name .
IF YOU WERE BEYONCE KNOWLES WHAT WOULD YOU DO ABOUT THE SITUATION? WOULD YOU CONTINUE WITH LAUNCHING YOUR PRODUCT AND KEEP THE NAME OR WOULD YOU CHANGE THE NAME
if were beyonce i would try settle the situation by talking to the company .
